My internet is slow. What can I do?

  1. Try to establish if you are the only one experiencing this issue.
  2. Try to move closer to the Wifi access point or router.
  3. Try restarting your router.
  4. Try using using a cabled connection by connecting a network cable to your laptop or PC and see if that makes a difference.

My Computer is very slow. What can I do?

  1. Try to ensure that you do not have too many tabs open in your browser(Chrome, Edge, FireFox…).
  2. Try to to ensure that you do not have too many Words documents, Excel Sheets, PowerPoint Presentations or Outlook tabs open at the same time.
  3. Close all documents or programs that you are not using.
  4. Make sure that Windows is up to date.
  5. Upgrading your RAM will speed your computer.
  6. Upgrading your Hard Drive to a Solid State Drive dramatically increases your computers performance.

I forgot my Microsoft Email password.

  1. go to https://login.microsoftonline.com/
  2. Enter you username and click next.
  3. Click on forgot password
  4. Enter your email address and the characters you see in the relevant fields and click next
  5. Enter your mobile number and click TEXT. You will receive an sms with a verification code
  6. Enter the verification code and click next.
  7. You can now enter your new password, you will also be asked to confirm your password. Once you have entered your new password, click FINISH.
  8. Visit https://login.microsoftonline.com/ and login with your username and new password.
