- go to https://login.microsoftonline.com/
- Enter you username and click next.
- Click on forgot password
- Enter your email address and the characters you see in the relevant fields and click next
- Enter your mobile number and click TEXT. You will receive an sms with a verification code
- Enter the verification code and click next.
- You can now enter your new password, you will also be asked to confirm your password. Once you have entered your new password, click FINISH.
- Visit https://login.microsoftonline.com/ and login with your username and new password.
