I forgot my Microsoft Email password.

  1. go to https://login.microsoftonline.com/
  2. Enter you username and click next.
  3. Click on forgot password
  4. Enter your email address and the characters you see in the relevant fields and click next
  5. Enter your mobile number and click TEXT. You will receive an sms with a verification code
  6. Enter the verification code and click next.
  7. You can now enter your new password, you will also be asked to confirm your password. Once you have entered your new password, click FINISH.
  8. Visit https://login.microsoftonline.com/ and login with your username and new password.
  9. If the above steps do not work, you can send a WhatsApp to 0114652221 or visit our contact us page and submit your details for an Engineer to contact you
